The Arizona Group was established in 2004 to provide services to the licensed retail sector originally focussing on redeveloping ‘low end’ sites. The services included physical redevelopment of sites but, more importantly, specialised in redeveloping the key business elements of each operation: sales, margin, profit and asset capital value.

Who Are The Arizona Group?

A team of experienced and dedicated professionals with a passion for multi site retail management and providing business solutions. The Group consists of a number of separate companies with the benefit of sharing a common and complimentary team. The senior team are:

Leo Murphy MCIT, FCIS, MBA

Founder and managing director of The Arizona Group. Following an early career in commerce and financial services Leo was the Commercial Director at Greene King Pub Company between 1997 and 2000. He was the founder and managing director of the Balaclava Group prior to establishing Arizona.

Alan Moore

Chairman of the Arizona Group and a leisure industry expert. A director and consultant with Dawnay Day Corporate Finance and former Group Personnel Director of Courage Ltd Alan has extensive experience in the licensed retail sector. Alan was also a founder of Marr Taverns Ltd and was Chairman of Tudor Inns and Taverns Ltd. Alan is a director of a number of companies in the leisure sector.
